Our salon runs like clockwork, so when a client doesn't show up for a scheduled appointment it can throw off an entire day. Our groomers are here to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you're running behind schedule or need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate slight same-day changes, but if you are unable to make it to your appointment we require 24 hours notice. Changing an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to half of your appointment cost. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will incur a charge equal to your full missed appointment. Bloomingtails is a family-owned business. Our staff depends on us, and our clients, for their income--We ask that you help us avoid these disruptions by notifying us more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failing to show up for an appointment two times within a 12 month period requires client to pay full cost of groom plus any outstanding charges.

 

PLEASE CONFIRM YOU ARE BOOKING AT YOUR DESIRED LOCATION, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOU IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE WRONG LOCATION!!! WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT BOOKING AND FEES WILL APPLY IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ONLINE BOOKING!

 

ALL NEW CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMERS THAT OWE FEES DUE TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS MUST CALL INTO THE STORE FOR BOOKING. 

NEW CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $50 DEPOSIT TO BOOK THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH US.  THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL COME OFF YOUR TOTAL AT TIME OF CHECK OUT. 

DEPOSIT MAY BE PAID BY CALLING INTO THE STORE USING VISA OR MASTERCARD OR BY VISITING EITHER LOCATION FOR PAYMENT IN PERSON.
